Employee Management

Fill out a simple information form for each employee and view employee profiles with a single click of the mouse. Assign access levels to each employee for increased security.

With the CnCPOS Time Clock function, keeping track of employees' working hours is made easier and more accurate than ever.


Supplier Management

With CnCPOS, no more writing purchase orders, typing invoices and manually updating the inventory!

CnCPOS automatically creates purchase orders. The system will check which products should be ordered and in what quantity. It does this by checking your sales during the last period (i.e.: last week) and the same period the previous year and will suggest a quantity to order, never leaving you short handed.

You can email, fax or print your purchase orders directly from this section. Also once you receive the invoice, simply select the corresponding purchase order, check to make sure there are no back orders or discrepancies, and update your inventory automatically.


Customer Management

Add or edit (i.e.: change credit limit, discount, price levels, misspellings) on the fly. View the customer's account balance or apply a payment directly from the POS. Print statements, list of payments and outstanding invoices for one or several customers.


Loyalty Management

CnCPOS's loyalty program is a great incentive to attract customers to your store... and to keep them coming back! Loyalty can be managed through postal code collection (target publicity), coupons or points systems.


Rental Management

Renting out an item is as simple as entering the item's number (scanning) in the POS! The system will verify the item's status automatically (rented, late or not returned). Rental items' status reports may also be printed. Up to 7 rental modes are available. (By days, weeks, months, etc...)


Pocket POS

Scan your inventory directly from the shelf. Check stock on hand, prepare orders, and make price checks all from this hand held device.

You can see the UPC, Supplier code, Description, Price, Tax, Deposit, Stock On Hand, all in one screen.

This allows you to make correction or enter missing information immediately.

Gas pumps with control interface

Replace any gas console with the CnCPOS gas pump interface, now you have the control of all pumps at your finger tips on every customer service lane.

Every lane shows the unlimited number of stacked sales for every pump, leaving no gas unpaid.

CnCPOS will control an unlimited number of pumps, including all major electronic dispensers and new blending pumps, with programmable sound for approval, start and finish sales, drive-away alert, etc...
